Dunkin' in Missouri

"Most if not all of the workers there are friendly, and smile when interacting with customers. I went one day, needing to use a coupon that would soon expire and found they closed early with no signs up. I let customer service know, the manager contacted me and explained the situation. She took my name down for a free drink since the coupon was for a discounted coffee. When we got there, the worker recognized us from coming there almost daily and offered an extra coffee in addition to the free one to make up for the inconvenience from that day."

"The staff they have lately has been so much friendlier and way more polite. It didn't use to be that way....there were some rude employees at one point and I almost stopped going.
